Return Policy: To return an item the customer must contact us in writing on the Contact Us/Policies page within one week and we will work with the customer to give a store credit when the item is returned within two weeks in its original packaging or help replace the item. Customer is responsible for paying for return shipping if necessary. For larger items, when delivered, please inspect before signing bill of lading. We will work with you as much as possible if it is necessary for an item to be returned to ensure that everyone is happy and a reasonable solution is found for all (regarding that damage was not incurred by the customer after delivery.)

Shipping: Please allow 1-2 days to process orders.  Most of our items average shipping times are 3-7 business days!  We ship here in the U.S. 48 Continental States.
